To ensure we have all the necessary details about you and your rig, we kindly request that the primary driver of your vehicle complete the following information.
I acknowledge that participating in this trip involves inherent risks associated with off-roading and camping off-grid. I understand that Calvary Overland and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries I may sustain during the trip, whether to my property or person. I hereby waive any right to take legal action against Calvary Overland or its affiliates for events that may occur throughout the entirety of this trip.
In the event that I need to cancel and seek a refund, I agree to provide official notice to the Info@calvaryoverland.com email address at least 60 days prior to the departure date. While it is uncommon, Calvary Overland reserves the right to cancel a trip due to travel advisories or insufficient resources to facilitate the trip. If such a cancellation occurs, Calvary Overland will provide a full refund of the trip fee.
